Welcome to Head Start Pack by NETCAST (“Head Start Pack”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Head Start Pack operates as a brand and unregistered subsidiary backed by NETCAST LLC, a company registered in the United States.
By accessing our website or purchasing our digital products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Nature of Products
Head Start Pack sells digital products only. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All products are delivered digitally via Google Drive sharing and/or secure download links.
Eligibility
Our products may be purchased by adults and minors. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe using the Stripe account of NETCAST LLC. We accept multiple international currencies supported by Stripe, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, and CHF.
Invoices are generated automatically and display applicable taxes separately when required.
Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment:
- Your purchased packs are shared instantly to your provided Gmail or Google Workspace email via Google Drive.
- You receive a confirmation email from [email protected]
If automatic delivery fails, manual delivery will be completed within 24 hours on average, with a maximum guarantee of 7 days.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, cancellations are generally not possible after delivery.
Refunds may be requested only in the following situations:
- No purchase notification received: refund request within 7 days of purchase.
- Notification received but Google Drive sharing failed: refund request within 48 hours of notification.
Customers are encouraged to contact support at [email protected] before filing a refund request.
Reseller Terms
Buyers are permitted to resell our digital packs. By reselling, you agree:
- a) Head Start Pack is responsible only for transferring files to the provided Google Drive address.
- b) We are not responsible for reseller operations, marketing, pricing, or customer handling.
- c) Copied or modified packs become the sole responsibility of the reseller.
- d) Resellers must revoke access to our email address once file transfer is completed.
Intellectual Property
All website graphics, branding elements, previews, and marketing visuals remain the exclusive property of Head Start Pack.
Reuse of website graphics is strictly prohibited without written permission, except where we create custom materials for a client.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Disclaimers
Head Start Pack is not responsible for misuse of digital products, reseller behavior, Google Drive storage issues, or any delays caused by third-party platforms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, with jurisdiction in the State of Wyoming.
