Refund and Return Policy

1. Digital Products Only

Head Start Pack Ltd sells digital products only. No physical deliveries are made.

2. Instant Delivery

Purchased packs are instantly shared through Google Drive. A notification email is immediately sent to the buyer.

If automatic sharing fails, we complete delivery manually within 24 hours (maximum 7 days).

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are allowed only in the following limited cases:

• No purchase notification received: Buyer may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Notification received but pack not delivered: Buyer may request a refund within 48 hours of notification.

4. No Refund After Delivery

Once Google Drive sharing is completed and access is granted, refunds are not available under any circumstance.
