Welcome to Head Start Pack Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Company Information
Head Start Pack Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom and operates in accordance with UK laws and regulations.

2. Nature of Products
We sell digital products only. No physical items are shipped. All purchased items are shared instantly through Google Drive to the buyer’s Gmail or Google Workspace email address provided at checkout.
3. Eligibility
Our products may be purchased by adults and minors. By purchasing, you confirm that you have permission to use the chosen payment method.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through PayPal, which supports global currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, and CHF. Currency conversions are handled by PayPal.
An invoice will be sent automatically with VAT shown separately when applicable.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
Delivery is instant. A confirmation email from [email protected] is sent immediately after purchase indicating that sharing has been completed.
In rare situations where the automated delivery fails, orders will be completed manually within 24 hours (maximum 7 days).
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Since products are digital and instantly delivered, cancellations are generally not possible once access has been granted.
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- If the buyer did not receive a purchase notification email, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- If the buyer received a purchase notification but did not receive the shared pack, a refund may be requested within 48 hours of notification.
Customers are encouraged to contact support at [email protected] before filing a refund request.
7. Reseller Terms
We allow buyers to resell our digital packs. Resellers agree to the following:
- a) Head Start Pack Ltd only provides file transfer to the buyer’s Google Drive.
- b) We are not responsible for any reseller operations after delivery.
- c) Modified or copied packs are owned entirely by the reseller; we hold no responsibility thereafter.
- d) Buyers must revoke access to our email account once file transfer is completed and confirmed.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
You may not reuse, edit, or republish any graphical content from our website without written permission. This content includes images, logos, banners, icons, and UI graphics.
Exceptions apply when we build a website or materials specifically for your brand; in that case, you may use the provided graphics freely.
9. Disclaimers
Head Start Pack Ltd is not responsible for misuse of digital products, reseller behavior, Google Drive storage issues, or any delays caused by third-party platforms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
